The building was designed by George Kurio and built in 1980 by Developer and Contractor Jack H Ujimori. The building was initially sold as a Leasehold Building but most units have purchased the fee. Overall, Six Twenty Sheridan is a simple building with no amenities. It has a high maintenance fee but it is located in a very convenient area and is close to Ala Moana, Kakaako, and Walmart. The building also already finished their piping retrofit and installed roof-top solar.

Six Twenty Sheridan - Neighborhood & Location
Six Twenty Sheridan is at the corner of Sheridan Street and Kapiolani Blvd. The building is centrally located and close to Walmart/Sams Club, the Ala Moana Shopping Center, and the Kakaako neighborhood. It is also near the multiple bus lines and is just a short distance to the beach, Waikiki, and many restaurants and eateries. Located to the right of the building are two very popular Korean Restaurants - Million Restaurant and Hyung Jae Restaurant.
Six Twenty Sheridan - Common Areas
Six Twenty Sheridan features secured entry along with 1 assigned covered parking for all unit owners. The parking is divided into two locations - the basement level and the 1st floor level. Owners who have a parking stall on the first floor have the "better" parking since the elevator does not go down to the basement level - meaning owners must take the stairs and walk up to the first floor to catch the elevator.
At Six Twenty Sheridan, the community laundry is located on the roof top of the building. To access the community laundry area, owners must take the stairwell up one flight from the 5th floor. While on the rooftop, you can also see that the entire rooftop has solar panels which helps since electricity is included in the maintenance fee.
Six Twenty Sheridan - Lanais
The lanais at Six Twenty Sheridan do not have much views as most of the building faces either the wall of an adjacent building's parking structure or it looks at another building across the street on Sheridan St. Despite not having much of any view, some units have very large lanais, especially the 03 and 04 stack which are shown here. These units have 181 sq. ft. lanais. There are no units with enclosed lanais, but there are a few with hurricane shutters installed to close off the area.
