Jonathan Pang is a full time Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty who specializes is residential and New Project Construction sales on the island of Oahu.

Jonathan's Bio

Jonathan grew up in Kaimuki and currently resides in Honolulu on Waialae Nui Ridge near Kahala. Jonathan attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa's Shidler College of Business and graduated with a degree in Finance and Marketing. He also attended Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea and studied Business Administration. Jonathan got into real estate by being brought into Prudential Locations right out of college (2012). He was recruited by two top producing Partners; Dolores Bediones and Marshall Mower. By being mentored by two of the best partners, Jonathan was able to incorporate their teachings and practices and have melded them together creating his own. 

Jonathan then obtained his Brokers license in 2015 making him the youngest broker (at the time) in the state and at Locations LLC (formerly Prudential Locations). He then became a Broker-In-Charge at Locations LLC in the beginning of 2017 and helped hundreds of other agents throughout the company with technology, social media, internal systems, and reviewing/signing off on their purchase contracts and addendums.

At the end of 2017 Jonathan joined Ward Village and was part of the Howard Hughes' Aalii Sales Team as a New Home Ambassador for Ward Village's 60-acre master planned community. 

In 2018 Jonathan created Homesearchoahu.com which is his personal website and has since made several other websites tailored to specific properties or projects on the island of Oahu.  

During the summer of 2020 Jonathan made the switch over to Coldwell Banker Pacific Realty where he continues to help clients buy and sell residential real estate and helps buyers with new construction projects across the island.

Jonathan also does virtual staging as well as physical property staging and tailors it per client. With a hybrid brand of smart digital marketing in combination with traditional print-marketing, your property will be featured from all aspects possible. 

For buyers Jonathan can assist with virtual web meetings through, Zoom, Skype, or video call should clients be busy or not able to meet in person. Jonathan can even take a short property walkthrough video (with permission from the listing agent) should you not be able to attend a showing in person or attend a video call.
